- The normal sequence of the phases is: sandblasting/chemical paint removal, powder coating or wet painting, high gloss polishing
- Sandblasting: It is the best surface preparation process for powder coating (or wet painting too), because it create a totally unsoiled surface what is required for optimal cohesion. We make it with small grain sand, so it doesn’ t damage the surface deeply.
- Powder coating: Powder coating creates a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint and its long lasting. The color can be chosen from RAL colors, with matte or high gloss finish. It comes first the paint removal. After that we apply electrostatically the dry powder on the unsoiled surface. Now when the whole surface is covered, we take it to the oven and cure it at around 180-200 degree Celsius for 10-20 minutes. It's done. We can make it also in candy colors.
- Rim and front side polishing: We undertake the polishing of rims and the front sides of the wheels (or lips and barrels too) The final result highly depends on the type, quality and condition of the wheel.

Care of polished wheels: We recommend using Alu Magic Polish Content ( follow the instruction described on product)

- Chrome plating: We undertake chroming of wheel bolts, moreover entire wheel and parts too.
- Alloy wheel repair: We offer complete mechanical restoration of alloy wheels. Repair of curb rash, scratches, pothole damage etc.
- Payment options and invoice: Pay in cash (if you come to our workshop personally), or pay via bank transfer.
Invoice is available for individual and for company too. But in case of purchase a set of used wheel, the VAT is non detuctible because of differential taxation. - Shipment: 90 EUR /set in the EU with DPD courier. Insured parcel/properly packed in carton box/trackingnumber.
We send the parcel usually within 1-3 days, after we recieved the total amount.
